Born in Paris, Matthieu is theatre director, based in Brighton. He has been trained under the patronage of Peter Brook (Exeter, UK), as well as by Jacques Lecoq (Paris, France) and at Amerta Movement (Java, Indonesia). He spent 10 years as a core member of Song Of The Goat Theatre (Wroclaw, Poland). During the last 10 years he has been a senior lecturer and has taught actors, directors, designers and musicians at Rose Bruford College (London, UK).As well as teaching workshops around the world.

As Artistic Director of Bred in the Bone Theater Company, he founded the Festival Rêves D'Avant L'Aube in 2015 at Théâtre De Ménilmontant in Paris with a handful of companies to share their ideas and encourage the development of their unique works.

Aiden, from London, graduated from Rose Bruford College of Theater and Performance in Lighting Design. 2019 will mark the forth year of work on this project for him, having first discovered the festival in 2016 as a lighting designer for "Perpetual" by

Between Teeth Theater. Since then, Aiden and Matthhieu have established a close working relationship, Aiden has become the Technical Director for 2017, and Production Manager since 2018. Aiden works as lighting designer for theatre and dance companies worldwide, consolidating his craft and experience. 

Ksenia was born and raised in St Petersburg, Russia. She has graduated European Theater Arts course at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London. She participated first in the Festival in 2017 as an actress of Bred In The Bone Theatre as well as brining a solo show "Chelovek". In 2018 she has joined production team as a marketing director. Ksenia defends and shares artistic values of the Festival; considering it as incomparable opportunity for international artists to exchange and engage with large european theatre community.

She is currently living in Moscow, works as an actress and develops her own projects.

Nathalie Hamel is based in Paris. She has established agency «l’R du Large» that support companies and associations in their public communication, she especially enjoys working with cultural projects that are close to her heart. Nathalie joined Festival team in 2017 developing a wide professional network and sharing information about the Festival.

Faraban is a French author and director, based in Paris. In 2009, he created a theatre company with a specific research and reflections on Arthaud and Grotowsky and with support from the conservatory of the 13th arrondissement he began to work on first projects with the collective «A vous de voir». In 2018, Faraban and collective «A vous de voir» joined the festival as participants, establishing close working relationship with Matthieu Bellon and possibility for artistic collaboration. 

Kate, from Hebden Bridge, UK, is a multidisciplinary artist, as well as writer, poet, performer and activist. Kate is a core member of the Bred In The Bone Theatre Company, she has worked and participated in the number of productions and workshops in the past years. She has also been working on and supporting the Festival since it origin. In 2018, Kate presented her new solo show "Drought".
